SRP is an organization which owns and manages hundreds of rental units in 7 cities along the Front Range of the Northern Colorado Rockies and in the State of Missouri. SRP is a professionally managed organization which has been providing high quality rental housing, office space, retail space, garages, warehouse space and storage space to people and businesses in Colorado and Missouri for more than 40 years.

Many of the properties owned and managed by SRP are located in Boulder, Ft. Collins and Greeley, all in Colorado, and in Rolla, Missouri. Since all 4 of these towns are college towns, and many of the properties owned and managed by SRP are located very close to the campuses of the University of Colorado, Colorado State University, the University of Northern Colorado and the University of Missouri-Rolla, SRP has a long tradition of being especially responsive to the needs of students at these distinquished Universities.

SRP's commitment, however, is not only to the needs of University students, but also to the residential and space needs of the total population in all the cities that SRP serves. Other cities served by SRP include Longmont, Louisville and Loveland, Colorado.
